Terrible

I rarely write a review, but this app is so terrible it needs it.

You cannot search by a parking bay number, you cannot see where you are on the map (no blue dot to show location) and it won’t let you select the correct time limitation (trying to park in a 3P, says the maximum is 1P!!)

Please improve

Could be better

The app isn’t too bad to navigate but I find I have to find exactly where I am to pay for parking. The app needs to pinpoint where you are just like in google maps.

Individual Bay Numbers Do Not Work

Search for a parking bay number on the actual meter, no hit; even if the car park is right next the meter. Same with the app. Anything not to print an actual ticket…. Gold for the brown bombers…. Rang the helpline….. you still can get fined…..
