It’s almost impossible to delete from your iphone… no matter what you try. I feel it’s a scam downloaded it as a free app, now they want me to pay a subscription.. it’s not worth paying for in my opinion. how do I delete in completely from my computer and iphone? can’t from app library… it comes up with hide, not delete, which to me is a very very sneaking way of making you keep it. I want to delete this app/ program NOW.
Seems now they have stolen $179 out of my account after numerous attempts at emails to tell them to unsubscribe from free trial. To me this is criminal or a scam. they did not or will not answer.

I really liked having this while I had it, but when I wanted to cancel my subscription because I found another app that did what I needed it to, it was nearly impossible to cancel. You have to go via their website, talk to a customer support person who will try to convince you to stay, then you will get an email with confirmation. The confirmation email still makes it hard though, because there is a double negative so that answering “no” is what cancels the subscription. I accidentally pressed the wrong button and had to go through the whole process again, except this time they would not send me the confirmation email until I threatened to write a negative review. At that point they cancelled it for me and offered a refund. 2 weeks later I am still being contacted by them to return, I had to block their email and delete totalav from my chrome browser and all of my devices to be free.

Good app, it felt good to use, but the horrible customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

The app is absolutely suspicious. There is no way to unsubscribe once you download this app. I was charged $119 and the app is not showing under iTune to be stoped, I can delete the account from the App and it says you have active subscription which I didn’t want in first place… and when I contacted them via chat I got the strangest way of communication which made me question if I am talking to a human or just a robot… I asked for cancellation, advise was how to download the app from App Store !! I asked again … they said they are surprised to hear I want to cancel… anyhow , had to ask multiple times and at the end he said they send a form to complete ! I am right there , just cancel it … why need to argue with me about it or making it so hard to do forms and so on… I have to add , my credit card linked to this account being hacked twice and charged by some anonymous account… not sure if this is related or not but I had to cancel my credit card altogether… be aware !
