Great for organising many projects, missing shortcuts
Love it and use it every day. But I’ve ended up using it more using the browser only because its missing keyboard shortcuts. Especially really need command + tilde to switch between windows/boards that I have open. Often I have a few boards open at a time. Also command + tab switching between apps, it seems to come back to the 1st open Trello window, rather than the window that was most recently active.
As a productivity app for geeks, shortcuts seem like an important feature.
Handling of attachments is the bane of my existence
It's a small first-world problem, but it drives me mad. My company uses Trello mainly as a briefing platform which means receiving multiple files, PDFs and images all day every day. The way Trello makes you jump through so many hoops just to download attachments is a complete user experience disaster that overshadows what is otherwise a very excellent app. Please add a simple 'download all', or 'download selected' button, that actually downloads the file, not take you to some web page where you have to log in and stuff around figuring out how to download all your files - one at a time - like a chump. I've given feedback on this issue several times over the years and the functionality has only gotten worse, so I won't hold my breath.

Latest update... 😔
Not sure what happened in the latest updated but Trello is now constantly needed to be refreshed and restarted. Keep disconnecting, duplicating items or not adding items at all. The latest update notes say "Updated: the internal library to the latest version" ... that feels like the latest version really broke some stuff. Please fix! Also... the global shortcut to show Trello from anywhere (Option Command T) used to present trello no matter of it's status... Now it seems to toggle it's status and hence hide it first if it's visible but not the front most window and hitting the shortcut again unhides it and brings it to front... who the heck wants to hide Trello when it's not the front most window? Please put it back to how it was.
