I have used trust wallet with few issues for three years now. I recently deposited $2800 worth of a token into my wallet and it never appeared, despite being confirmed on chain. I put in a formal support ticket, through the in-app support, explaining the problem. They had all the information including the transaction number which confirmed that the transaction was successful. In return I waited two days to get the response that “Your ticket has been closed. We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. ” Nothing had been resolved whatsoever. The tokens had not appeared and I had received no explanation as to why. Why bother pretending to have support? I have used dozens of exchanges and wallets over the years and the only other support I’ve encountered being this unhelpful was binance. So I shouldn’t be surprised really, as binance owns trust. The app is generally fine, but in this space, with so many options, you can afford to avoid those with appalling support. You need only to look at the App Store reviews for evidence of their complete disdain for their customers. There is some black magic going on for them to have the star rating they have. All I see is one star reviews and bitter complaints, with no effort to respond or reach out from the devs. I will be extracting my funds forthwith.

I have 366,000 shib I want to sell or swap won’t let me cause don’t have enough for gas fees the interface isn’t user friendly no customer support everything about this is so hard to use can’t speak to a human to explain or show me how to do certain things have to go through questions that’s not relevant to what I need help with I want to send my shib to another exchange so I can delete trust wallet just not straight forward I’d rather keep my coins in the exchange then going through the stress no help or support via app or website what a joke don’t bother with this trust wallet no email support nothing spent 2 days trying to figure out how to get support or contact someone with no success I would rather delete my account and lose $8 worth of shib than continue using this trust wallet over it I’m sure there’s better user friendly wallets out there that have customer support I hade to delete my account with my shib in there trust for not having any customer support complete useless
