Issue

I love this app. The only issue I’m having is when I record. I listen back to the recording but it doesn’t go on beat to where I actually recorded it. It’s like half a second too early or too late and that makes a really big problem trying to rap on beat because I now have to try and purposely rap off beat so when I listen back it’ll sound on beat. I have no idea how to fix this and with this problem. I literally can’t do what the app was made for with this one little issue and it’s so frustrating. As soon as it’s fixed the app will definitely be 5 stars

Shaky Start

I used to create music on a very similar yet more user friendly app called Take which was run by Propellerhead, the company that makes Reason.
It was then run by Alihoopa who were forced to shut down due to it not being economically feasible anymore.
The app was brilliant as it enabled a bridge between legit Reason producers and amateur rappers/singers and I made a lot of cool collaborative works on there.
The app was also very user friendly as I have stated with simple 3-track recording and the ability to add on vocal effects including auto tune very easily.
So that being said, I am excited about the future development of this app. But my first impression is not good... app is clunky to use compared with Take and my first recording fell way out of sync with the beat.
Latency is a deal breaker for rappers who rely on being in the pocket at all times, a feat that is hard enough without technical issues.

I will be trying the app out again soon to see if this is an anomalous issue and if I have success I will update my review and subsequent rating.
I sincerely hope this app gets some steam!!

Just started using Tully and i can already see this is going going to be a fun and easier way to record, save lyrics and write songs over a beat.
