We're excited to unveil a completely revamped Uber Eats Manager (UEM) app, designed with you, our valued merchant partners, in mind. This update brings a host of new features and enhancements to make managing your restaurant on Uber Eats easier and more efficient than ever.
Key Highlights:
Get real time data: View live sales data across locations, look for previous data by date and check the overall performance of your stores.
Set up campaigns: Manage your marketing on the go! You can now set up and monitor ads & offers directly from the app.
Manage your orders: Review live orders, get a detailed order-level view of a customer’s net payout, and dispute chargebacks right from the app.
Edit your storefront: On the store page, you can easily pause and unpause stores, and make edits to your storefront, like changing a phone number or updating holiday hours.

Should Upgrade
This app is so useless for the owner want to manage everything on Uber Eats. Should upgrade this app to let owner update the menu, timer, checking order, changing prices as Doordash Manager.
CONFIRMED FIXED
As a restaurant owner having to use chrome browser to check my store data when on the go it has been frustrating that the Manger App was not functional for quite a while.
Can confirm that it is now in working order. Hope they continue to develop so you can do some of the same features as on the browser.
Still needs these critical functions
- Check customers feedback and submit replies
- Product editing (prices/add or remove/edit)
- Store information updating (trading hours)
But does provide
- Analytics & Sales
- Order History
- Create campaigns and promotions and corresponding analytics and performance
But for the moment a GREAT improvement from an app that had an error screen. Keep it coming Uber!
Reviews
When I try to press “send” when replying to a customer review, it’s actually covers by the options at the bottom of the screen called “home” and “account”. Please update the system so I can reply to customers reviews because this is very inconvenient and it can be fixed easily with an update.
