Due to the quick paced nature of the game and the varying connections of players, it can be difficult to implement a voice chat function in-game. We do offer a chat room for clubs alternatively and emojis or quick phrases for your games. Coins are used to play games where players can complete season tasks and have the chance to win various great unique rewards including custom decks, frames, emojis, and more. Your suggestion in regards to adding more card design and the coins deducted if a player losses a game is well appreciated. We'll carefully share this feedback with the relevant team and take into deeper consideration on optimizing this experience better. Although we cannot guarantee immediate changes, we still hear your concerns and will do our best to better manage this. We sincerely hope this helps and we thank you for your review!

The game is fun and there’s original Uno mode along with a few variations which I enjoy. However it costs you a game fee to play snd if you’re in the bottom 2 you lose coins, top 2 win coins. There are far too many adverts which becomes annoying and could be improved upon given they’re making a fortune from people buying coins, gems and season passes etc. there is also a massive emphasis on gambling which they encourage with msgs like “looks like we have a small fish in a big pond” I don’t like this aspect of the game at all and don’t think it required as I’m sure it’s causing problems for people that have a problem with gambling. The game has also had recent changes which have put those that don’t P2P at a disadvantage especially for anything cosmetic but can also affect gameplay to some extent and I preferred the previous incarnations of the game to this one. It could be a great family game however the gambling side of it and it’s encouragement to spend real life money on gems and coins to actually play and to spend money to receive cosmetic effects is a let down for me. Customer support is appalling and clearly outsourced to a country with cheap labor as they couldn’t understand a VERY simple issues I explained to them 4 times! Just kept getting a copy and paste answer that had nothing to do with my issue with gameplay. Bottom line, it’s ok for a little bit of distraction but don’t expect big family nights of fun. Go buy the decks and play them instead if you’re after that.Could be so much better if they weren’t greedy and pushing gambling.

I won my coins from a card stacking comp but even if I was getting all of someone else’s coins, I wouldn’t want it because even though I won, you should just like get a badge or something. So if a team looses, just make then loose like 200 coins or like 400 coins but please and please don’t make them loose like 900,950 or even over 1000! and the final reason is because if your company or whatever is getting paid from us, it should be worth it ,but if it isn’t worth it, that game should not be played on mobile or online. I I really hope you can make an update on this. I have no hate on the real card game but online to me , it’s rigged and not fair. (This was written by a 9 year-old)

Additionally, every mode has a game fee that is deducted at the end of the game.
