Doesn’t even work
This app is advertised across campus but won’t work or even let me log in. App won’t accept any of my UNSW login details and keeps freezing and crashing. UNSW needs to stop investing in weapons companies and start investing in their internal IT
Unreliable
When I first started at unsw this year, the timetable feature was not working. Weeks later that was fixed.
Come term 2, I can’t even log into the app.
Don’t rely on this app.
Slow and fragile as hell
Half the time the timetable doesn't load! Regardless of how good my internet connection is. I've resorted to using Timeweave to view my timetable, since that's much faster.
I recently kept getting "unexpected exception" errors, so tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but now it's just back to being slow 😑.
The other features r ok, but given that the timetable is the most important 1, it's really inexcusable for the university's OWN app to b this unreliable wen fetching data.
