Improve your walking in as little as six minutes per day. Our user-friendly app helps people walk better and with regular use may reduce the unstable gait patterns that lead to falls. This app was co-designed by people with Parkinson’s disease and part of a study funded by Shake It Up Australia and The Michael J. Fox Foundations. Since global release, many healthy new users have commented on its benefits. Try it out and let us know how you go; your feedback will help us make this app better.
