Shop the latest and one-off collector items from all your favourite designers and brands from this easy, user-friendly app.

Great feautures include the translate tool when browsing international seller’s listings, the negotiation messaging section and the clickable designer/brand/collab titles to discover more items.

Note: include the “Vestiaire Tax” - Authentication, delivery and import duties fees to the listing price to avoid disappointment.

Feedback to Developers:
• Member Profile - what is this useless “News” section for? Never loads and makes no sense to have it displayed.

• Member Profile - add a “Collective’s Items” i.e. a bought section/gallery to show off items bought from Vestiaire Collective. This promotes loyalty and shows off the one-off items now in their collection.

• Wishlist - where has the filter gone? Sometimes I have a budget and filtering via price is handy.

• Wishlist/Favourites - add “Sold” to the filter. Nothing speaks volumes than finding one of your items on your lists have been snapped up. Then I know to look for another.

• For You - A new section that curates through hundreds of listings based on what the Collective have purchased, and displays the pieces you might be interested in.

There is no way to speak to someone over text / online chat. I am in Australia so they don’t provide phone numbers for me to call to. Only very limited faq questions, but no other help if you need it. Plus, they have you put up your fees so much. Before it used it be around $30 for shipping, and now it’s $45, plus $6 authentication fee, and before I used to be able to choose to pay the 10% customs and duties fee upfront to Australia or on arrival if asked and now it appears that this is no longer optional, and I have to pay it upfront to VC. Everyone in Australia knows that you don’t have to pay a company 10% extra for every transaction, but are taking advantage of customers in Australia by charging this. There is no way you are passing this 10% on to the Australian government, you are keeping this money as an added fee! If not, please prove to me otherwise. I used to buy a lot of things from you, but now with all these ridiculous extra fees, it’s not worth it, I can buy from other sites that don’t charge all these ridiculous hidden fees. You say that you have lowered the fee for the seller, but this is not true, you have just passed extra fees on to the buyer! Beware all their fees.

I find it incredibly frustrating how unresponsive sellers are to questions. I often don’t buy something I want because after months of asking on many many items I just can’t get questions answered. And why aren’t Vestiaire addressing the issue, and getting rid of unresponsive sellers. Or items that sellers tell you they have sold by other means, and yet the item stays up as still for sale. Vestiaire need to fix their business model. It makes it look like they don’t care for your business. And it just takes too much energy to participate. Shopping is meant to be fun. Vestiaire is anything but an exercise in frustration. Sorry.

Dear mslisacee, we are sorry to hear that sellers did not respond to your questions. Responsive sellers are given an Expert or Trusted seller badge, meaning they ship their sold items within 5 days. You will now be able to directly chat with sellers thanks to our buyer seller chat, notified by the 💬 icon on each ad.
