Excellent

Really feel this is working can't explain how but it is. I'm also listening to the weight loss one and have stopped eating my late night snack. I just seem to be able to turn off the craving.

Good, but...

I really enjoy andrew's work. I like his other apps too. My only criticism for this one is that it relies too much on finding positive experiences and feelings we've had in the past, which for me is hard to do. Several times he says: "think of a tine where you were very happy/successful/etc" and when that happens I often blank out and loose my focus cause I can't relate to that... Would be great if he used his other methods of suggestion in this app, such as enforcing positive suggestions, instead of focusing on past experiences.

Not for everyone

I am and always have been a pretty negative and unmotivated person. I have used Andrews social phobia and confidence apps and found them great. I figures this app would help build some motivation which I so badly need.

In the recording he tells you to think back in your life to when you were happy and positive etc. This whole recording is based on you going back to a happy time in your life and bringing those feelings into the future.

Clearly he didn't consider people like me who never really had a happy or positive time in their life.

It would be great if he would dictate feelings of happiness, joy, positivity etc. Like he does in his other recordings.

The confidence app tells you "you are now able to speak infront of people" etc. This app does nothing of the sort.

I am very dissapointes in this recording.
