After checking with my Dr, I found I was taking the right vitamins. So far everything is going well.My only complaint is that when travelling overseas, the app doesn’t work, so I can’t track my vitamin intake whilst on holiday.

Vitable is great! This is absolutely not a bad review on the app whatsoever, they have a great range of vitamins and they always deliver on time! Just be careful when you take the quiz and it tells you all the vitamins you “need” - speaking from personal experience, it recommended me to start taking biotin as my hair and skin was one of my main concerns but as soon as I started my skin flared up, I am now dealing with break outs in areas of my skin that used to be clear from taking a vitamin that I wasn’t lacking in but just had a concern for. Please just go see a doctor or take a blood test and let them tell you the vitamins you should be taking and then buy them from the app!

I had been a committed Vitable customer for years, but over the past twelve months and especially the last six, the service and the app have both gone so far downhill that I’ve recently had to walk away. There is no responsibility or responsiveness from customer support, shipping is awful, and the app almost never works anymore. It’s an ongoing issue that’s been brought up to them multiple times and they’ve never once managed to fix it. I don’t know what’s going on over there lately but I’d suggest you steer clear. It’s not worth the effort or the money, and you can find the same product elsewhere for more competitive prices (and with better customer support).

I’ve been using Vitable for a long time now and very happy with the product but the app is terrible, glitchy and works occasionally. I like tracking that I’ve taken my vitamins everyday I was able to do this with no problem on the old app but then they changed the app and it’s the worst now, it will completely reset my daily vitamin tracker, some days I can’t get onto track that I’ve taken them so it resets it back to 0 days and I have to start over or it will say I’ve taken them and then the next day it’s reset it again. It’s a huge fault and I had hoped it would be fixed but it’s been months and it’s still the same. Disappointing
