Water & Coffee is a simple app that lets you log water and caffeine into the Apple Health app. Features include:

Integration with the Apple Health app includes:

- Log water and caffeine data into the Health app
- Log using iPhone or Apple Watch
- Apple Watch complication shows progress towards water goal right on the watchface!

THE ADJUSTMENT UPDATE
- Metric water input is now supported!
- Water input is now adjustable to 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, or 20oz (or 240ml, 300ml, 360ml, or 600ml)
- Coffee input is now adjustable to 140mg (coffee) or 40mg (tea)
- Water input can also be selected from Apple Watch
- Water goal is now adjustable

FURTHERMORE
- "Smart Notifications" periodically remind you if you haven't been logging
- Notifications only happen if you haven't logged in a while so as not to bug you when you've been tracking
- Notifications will continue until you reach your water goal
