Description

WetlandSpotter is an application that allows you to submit photographs and other information on wetlands across Queensland, Australia to the Queensland Herbarium for identification and mapping.

Designed to allow you to capture key information quickly at a wetland site, WetlandSpotter will guide you through capturing photographs of the wetland margin, emergent vegetation, aquatic plants, and more. When you are happy with the information captured, you can send the information through the Queensland Herbarium for identification and mapping. You may also opt-in to receive confirmation of the wetland type and the relevant management profile.

WetlandSpotter was developed by the Queensland Government with funding support from the Great Barrier Reef Foundation.
