App not working. Blank screen. No IT support
Could I please get some assistance. I have the latest software but the app just loads with a blank screen and won’t work at all. I have tried deleting and installing several times. I tried getting support through your page but there is no help articles for the app or IT under client pages. I can’t even co trip my payments methods let alone sign into classes I’m paying for. Please fix asap! Thank you.
Frustrating
App is painful. It’s very slow to open and often won’t open at all. Not helpful at all when wanting to reserve a class or see if a spot is available or what the workout is. The app is so annoyingly buggy and is so often not working that I’m considering changing CrossFit gyms to go to one with a better app. That how unreliable it is. I can’t believe they cant get this app right after it being around for so long. Other than that it’s ok.
