Beginnings of movement…

Need to start somewhere ? This is it 11 mins beginners Yoga…
Crook knees arm and elbows…this is it.. gets your body moving instead of doing nothing…I had motivation but apart from walking what else, gym membership and two years of lockdown cos of Covid didn’t do me any favours…
Start here , need to pay when u achieve some levels but I’ll be here till I can do more…

This app is great. First off everything is free!
It offers different varieties of stretches and yoga AND workouts!! 😃 it tracks your progress with a calendar and keeps a list of all the yoga/ workouts you’ve done. With each yoga/ workout there is calming music put into it. You can rate each yoga session after you’ve finished.

Love it + suggestion

I love that there is 30 day plans compared to some other apps that only have 7 day plans. I’d love to see meditation added to the features, I would definitely pay for premium if that is addedz
