App loaded - no access button
Burnside Gym. Noted the text about access only by App yesterday and loaded the App three times. No access button on my phone to scan, other members have this on their phone and the same App was downloaded.
Tried the 1300 and was in the queue for 15 mins so was unable to speak to a staff member or visit during working hours.
Disappointed.
No scan button to login
It seems like a lot of users including myself are missing the button that initiates the log in. I’ve compared with others at the gym including the staff and they confirm it’s missing on my app. I tried installing the app in multiple phones already and still the button is gone. My guess is that it’s an issue on Zaps end not my phone.
Can no longer access the gym that I pay for, hopefully they can issue another way to access or I’ll have to cancel the gym I’ve been at for years. Disappointing.

The app does not work
I have been trying to access the app for a week now and am having issues. I have sent several emails to Zap fitness and have not received any response. Why have an app to access the gym??
Tried calling Zap fitness and the usual ‘please leave a message’ and yet no response. Time to look for another gym….
