App is bare minimum. Please add instructor names to timetable

The option to send feedback within the app returns an error message and doesn’t work, which is a bad sign. Please add instructor names to the class timetable listings on the app. Many people prefer some instructors and don't like others, so who is teaching a class can influence the decision whether to attend or not, and the details change from week to week if an instructor is sick or on holiday etc. The alternative is to call the club and ask a staff member, which is a waste of time for both staff and members.

Not a useful app

Why does this app require sign in, when none of your personal details are available? Why am I constantly auto logged out?
Would be great if you could track your history, gym and class attendance.
Also, it makes no sense that there are no class details in the schedule. Why can’t you list the instructor (as others have said, this can be a deciding factor in attending the class). It would also be a great opportunity to let clients know when an instructor is away.
A description of the class would be great too - why do I have to go the website to find out was a class is, or if equipment is required.
For such a big chain - this app is seriously undeveloped and under serviced.

Not at all helpful

Does not track visitation, does not give me membership details or any other self serve options such as changing DD details. Everything needs to be done manually which is quite rare for a fitness centre this big.

Coming from Anytime fitness their apps are far more functional than this
