Model
These functionalities allow you to browse the model information of ZEEKR.
Car Control
These functionalities allow you to lock/unlock the vehicle remotely through the App, check the car status, tire pressure, open/close the trunk of the vehicle, start air conditioner, etc.
Map
These functionalities allow you to check the map, check car location, plan and navigate to your destination, receive last mile navigation notification from car, set and turn on/off Geo-fencing, check journey log.
Remote Charge
These functionalities allow you to check the status of charging, start/stop charging and discharging, set scheduled charging.
User Center
These functionalities allow you to edit and update your profile name, profile photo, introduction.
Setting
These functionalities allow you register account, log in/out, check account info, , switch country/language, make settings of APP notification and permission.
The app does some basics but needs to add lots more. First thing it needs to do is always open to show the car’s controls, not the marketing department’s latest PR releases.The charging section needs to allow modification of the AC max amperage. Aussie customers with solar will benefit from being able to adjust this remotely.Make the sentry mode toggle easy to find. I’ve opening the app many times to turn sentry mode on but can’t find the setting. It’s currently hidden on a non-intuitive sub-page of the controls.The tyre pressure needs to use the same units as defined in the car. My car is set to psi but the app only shows bar.The car shown in the app needs to match the colour of the car, not default to white. Shared cars need the correct colours.iOS widgets need more info/options e.g. battery SOC, time left to charge, plugged in status.The digital key needs to be compatible with Apple Wallet, for iPhone and Apple Watch. This is apparently available in other countries. Apple Watch should lock/unlock same as key card.Siri Shortcuts options would be very useful. “Hey Siri what’s my car’s battery charge?”. “Hey Siri, start the AC cooling” ….

Not able to create a new keycard with the updated car os and app. Auto Lock leaving and unlock approaching with phone is not working as before. This is major inconvenience from myself and most of my Zeekr friends.
Lost wall charger connection with new version

Lost the whole section of charger connection with the new version, making it no way to connect to the installed wall charger, need to restore it.Strangely right after leaving feedback the Home Charger section came back…
