Zendesk is useful for work though is triggering 2X notifications

My phone upgraded to IOS 13 and I’m now receiving the same notification twice when tickets are submitted via Zendesk so can this issue be looked into outside of that I don’t have any current issues with the app really

A great digital nomad tool.

Other than the double notifications after the iOS 13 update the app has always been amazing and great to use when on the go.

The only feature I look forward to having via the mobile app is the ability to make calls. I forward my calls to my mobile so it would be more convenient to be able to make calls through the mobile app when you miss a call or want to reply to a voicemail. As a work around I load the full site via Google Chrome on my mobile and make calls that way, it can just be a pain sometimes because of how the screen is scales and everything is so small.

Oh one other thing that would be great to have via the mobile app since it doesn’t work via the mobile browser even using the full site is the ability to merge tickets. For some reason when merging through Google Chrome mobile there is an error “We are not able to show the requested page for your client. Please check your device settings or HTTP headers.”

2 problems

If I have 4 tickets unassigned and go to edit and choose to solve them all in one go it fails… I’d say it’s because i haven’t filled out the mandatory fields but it doesn’t give you the option to fill out the required field from the undersigned section so unsure what the point of it is

If I have to one the tickets assigned to me and I miss a field when I solve it, it says re-enter the required data to proceed but when you do that it stuck with a spinning wheel next to the solve button, so you have discard all your changes to start again which means. You loose your comments etc
