Crashes
I can’t open the app, it just instantly crashes. May have something to do with your last update, as it was working earlier.
Love intercom but this app is crashing every time
Will happily update review once issues are resolved.
Came back here to update the review but apparently zero stars isn’t an option. Seriously team, are you reading these reviews? I love the Intercom team and product but this is honestly one of the worst, least stable apps I’ve got on my phone.
Uninstalled and reinstalled and now the app crashes on the login screen. You just raised another $125m, surely there’s some room in the budget to get your mobile team the support and resources they need. So incredibly frustrating. This should be a five star app I don’t get it.
Limited Functionality
Pretty average app with very limited functionality compared to the web version. Simple things like views aren’t available.
