Worst experience ever !
Had to give 1 star as that was the minimum to be given for writing a review. We made a booking and the car was not available at the pickup location at all. We could not reach out to the owner on phone and through chat also, chat was disabled and the phone number was incorrect. Beware of such fraud ads. It’s shameful that a big company like Zoom does not even have a proper verification procedure and they allow fraudsters to put up ads on their platform. It was an absolute mess as we did not get the vehicle we wanted and the app was only showing cars which are costlier than the current booking when we proceeded to reschedule the trip. Worst part of all is that there is no direct customer care phone number to reach out to in case of such emergency situations. The app only allows you to raise a ticket for which they never came back with a resolution. Pathetic customer service ! Don’t go with Zoom otherwise your plans will be ruined !!!
Pathetic experience with Zoomcar Mumbai
To talk about the experience with Zoomcar, I booked another vehicle with Zoomcar wagon r automatic automatic with pickup from domestic terminal. Not only was the car changed without consulting us but the transmission for the allotted car was manual. We had to get on continuous calls with your executives to get an automatic car at the end. The car was booked from 3:30 pm to 8pm but the car was not available at the pickup location which is domestic terminal. Further after many calls standing on the road walking with the luggage, the zoom car agent came at 5pm with the cars fuel tank empty. Altogether we were charged for 1.5 hours where we dint even have the car with us and on top caused a great deal of inconvenience. I must say your customer service is pathetic. We returned the car exactly at 8:20am next day morning but the executives dint end the booking until 10am.
