Ratings and Reviews
Nice way to seek
At times not the greatest resource, but it is all there. So far I have gotten a hold of everything, which is a nice surprise. The only one setback is that sometimes things that’s were there were lost. Having the system keep a screenshot of a property with a stamp ‘now sold’ might be nice. Sorting seems slow but that’s might be different for others. Having a map area selection for seeking should be added.
Easy To Use
Love using this app. We’re relocating to the Uk and it’s been so easy to find our next home. Most properties have floor plans and the search criteria is great. It would be even better if you could select bathroom numbers too, otherwise the perfect app.
Unreliable information - cannot correct
I have tried a number of times to ask Zoopla to correct information about my home. They refuse, saying they use reliable data sources only (I’m the owner, so by implication they are saying I’m not reliable). Alas these information sources are old or incomplete. In their emails to be they essentially say that they are not interested in facts or the truth, only the path of least resistance. If Zoopla want to be a market leader then their alogirithms and input data need to be right. I don’t think Zoopla should be allowed HM Land Registry anymore data with this level of arrogance. Avoid.
