With Sworkit you can easily start training whether you’re a beginner or advanced. Just sign up, add your age, gender and weight.

Your goals

Now you can set your initial targets: losing weight, improving your stretching and workout results or just living an active and healthy life. Depending on which goal you set, this app will offer you a variety of exercises and training plans that don’t depend on gym equipment, just what you're likely to have at home.

Your time

Set yourself up for a workout you can complete based on the time you have and how much you want to take on for your first workout. For example, choose a short five-minute stretching exercise for the morning or an intense 30-minute cardio session after work. You can even choose interval times to set how much rest you need.

Your plan

With Sworkit you can follow existing training plans or create your own by choosing exercises from the library for your own unique personalised training plan. If you already have a personal trainer, why not show them the app and create a custom workout plan together.
