Your crew are survivors, not disposable units.
Each crew member develops skills, relationships and beliefs shaped by life aboard the ship.
Keep them alive and functional by managing hunger, oxygen, sleep, morale and workload. Social dynamics and psychological pressure can influence how your ship’s culture evolves over time.
A stable crew builds hope. An unstable one can threaten everything.
