I just downloaded your app from the App Store and opted for the 7-day free trial with the intention of subscribing to the monthly plan afterward. However, I noticed an immediate charge on my card, which was unexpected as I believed the trial period was free of charge.Could you please explain why the charge was applied immediately instead of after the trial period? Additionally, I would appreciate any guidance on how to refund it.

Developer Response
Hello GulnazY,, We offer 1 time free trial for all new users, Apple Store will deduct the subscription fee directly if the user has enjoyed the free trial before. Thanks for your understanding. -Darren

Hi. I am your subscriber. But why are the vpn master work so slow, sometimes don’t work with wifi or with mobile data? And always the app choose the country itself. The another countries don’t connect.

Developer Response
Dear user, as multiple factors could result in speed problem, please check your Wi-Fi connection, and try to reconnect to the first server on the list. Furthermore, please try to change connection mode under different network operators if possible (Mobile data/Wifi). For auto connection:1) Disconnect and turn on 2)Go to Phone setting -VPN-VPN Master-You should be able to see “Connect On Demand”. please turn it on. If you have other issues, please email us at vpnproxymaster-support@lemonclove.net.
