The App forced me to turn on the notifications. Otherwise I can't book a car. I never allowed any app to send me notifications, you have to leave it to be optional

Поддержка в приложении —исключительно бот, который не может решить ни одного вопроса; по телефону, если аренда не идет на текущий момент, звонок просто сбрасывается автоматически. Везде уведомление, что если поездка не состоялась, то автоматически будут возвращены средства, но никакого «автоматически» не существует, как и кнопки на поездке, что она не состоялась. Поддержка по «официальным каналам связи» (почта - единственный доступный способ) не отвечает в течение 24 часов как заявлено

Какой смысл повышать рейтинг вообще, цены все выше и выше и судя по всему зависит от того и только от того как часто ты пользуешься Делимобиль причём чем чаще тем дороже. Так как у моего друга рейтинг на 20 пунктов ниже чем у меня на 50% меньше потому что он мало пользуется этим каршеринг, то время как у меня рейтинг максимальный. Ужасное обновление когда убрали бизнес, суперстиль и стиль. Теперь мне доступ к машинам который раньше были доступны закрыт, из-за возраста, при этом машины люкс класса надолго по типу Mercedes G класс я брать могу, возраст меня запрещает ну вот если машина из раздела суприм то уже нельзя возраст мне запрещает, отличная логика.И конечно же я просто решения вывести все хорошие машины по типу BMW третий серии Lexus ес во всякие другие города типа Питера или уфы а в Москве остались только китайцы👍
