Be careful with this app

I did purchase one month subscription for this month, I did not like the exercises and some strange recipes and advises suggested. So decided to delete the app and do not prolong the subscription. However the app continuously try to withdraw money for the second month, even when the app is deleted. Surprised that the app started to try to withdraw third month subscription from me, please take a attention that the app is deleted! Absolutely disappointed with such approach!

Hello. Thank you for sharing your comment. When you delete the subscription-based app, you need to cancel the subscription separately. Any subscription is connected to your account and not to the app. That is why deleting the app is not equal to subscription cancelation. Hello. I downloaded the better me: home yoga app in April or May, used it for free for a while, then canceled because I didn't like it. Even though I canceled and deleted the app, I have been charged monthly for 6 months now. I should note that I first stopped and then deleted from the better me: homa yoga app subscription section. I request you to return the deleted payments within 6 months and no more payments will be deleted!

I have followed the questions through instagram and then wanted to get one month plan. I indicated my email and all information and purchased. But after purchasing I saw that they drew money two times from my card. And after installing the app there was no plan, no information that i filled. They stole people’s money. Please don’t believe and don’t purchase. It is fraud app.
