Ride safely
Safety is our top priority. You’ll see who’s coming to pick you up and in which car right in the app. You’ll see info about the driver, such as their name and rating, and will be able to share your route with whomever you like so they know where you are.
Smart destinations
Yango will suggest destinations for your rides based on your ride history, like first offering ‘home’ as a destination because it’s your most common request on weekday evenings. Ride the smart way!
Multiple destinations, one route
Yango makes everyday life super easy. Like picking the kids up from school, dropping a friend off at a market, and doing some quick shopping on the way. Just add a new stop in the app, and Yango will recalculate a new route for the driver.
Request rides for close ones
Show you care by requesting rides for friends and relatives. Get your mother to a doctor’s appointment, book a ride to pick up your special someone, or get each of your friends a ride home after a night out. You can request up to 3 cars at once.

Meet Delivery - it's like a taxi service, but for your packages
We've also built in a fast delivery service into Yango - use Delivery to quickly send personal packages or even business orders by courier anywhere in the city. Delivery is suitable for any item that can be transported by scooter or car.

Do not download this app, if you concern about your safety

They would not give you any info about your driver, but driver may have your number and call you any time they want. It may affect your safety and security. In case, if you try to learn your driver's details or ask to deal with the driver's actions, they would just tell you about they agreements and do nothing. Again: Do not use this app, if you concern about your safety or safety of your close ones!

Directing customers to available drivers are better. because In bolt and yango, customers face rejection when drivers are busy with another customer.

Unhelpful Support & Broken “Door-to-Door” Option

I’m extremely disappointed with Yango Delivery in Azerbaijan.The “Door-to-Door” option is constantly broken — I select it every time, yet couriers keep claiming it wasn’t chosen.The app still shows “Express”, even when the option is ON.When I contacted support, I only received template copy-paste answers, like “clear cache” (which isn’t even possible on iPhone). They didn’t read my messages or check screenshots. It feels like you’re talking to a chatbot, not real people.

Hi. I ordered taxi at 23:10. When taxi driver accepted the route, I texted him through app said that the price is 2.50azn, I will pay my azerbaijani coins. After I sat in taxi, driver said you texted this and I dont want to take 5 cent, I said it is 50 and 20 cents, he replied “no no leave my car”. I had to leave taxi. Shame on you yandex! I was going to my parent’s home to celebrate my mom’s bday. Your driver left me on the street, cake in my hand, and awful experience with your app! Shame on you again and again
