Most files are not opened

Please help it is second time this problem happens. Suddenly all the files that I downloaded are not working. Downloaded musics not playing, PDF files cannot be opened etc.

Iphone 12 pro max

It doesn’t work normally on iphone 12 pro max. When phone is locked and playing music, after finishing music it get stuck on the music seeking and passed next musics so fastly automaticly. And I cant listen any music. Please fix it. Thanks

It doesn’t work normally on iphone 12 pro max. When phone is locked and playing music, after finishing music it get stuck on the music seeking and passed next musics so fastly automaticly. And I cant listen any music. Please fix it. Thanks
