eClients is the app for business customers and their sales teams. Shop owners see their debt, every invoice and the payment schedule for all their outlets, and reach their representative in one tap. Sales representatives run their route, customers, orders and payments in the field.
FOR SHOP OWNERS
• Your account: total debt, last payment and your payment record, for every outlet under your tax ID
• Invoices: every invoice with its lines, searchable and ready to share
• Payment schedule: what is due and when, for the weeks ahead
• Statements: purchases and payments, line by line, for each outlet

• Your representative: call or message them straight from the app
FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES
• Daily route: see today's customers, start a visit and close it

• Orders and returns: build a document, see promotion discounts before you send it, then send and approve it
• Payments: record the cash collected on a visit

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
The catalog, customer list and route are kept on the device, so representatives can keep working in basements, cold rooms and on rural routes where there is no signal. Sending an order needs a connection, so the server can confirm stock and prices.

Companies in Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Georgia and Iraq use the same app.
SEVEN LANGUAGES
Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, Russian, Georgian, Arabic and Kurdish (Sorani), including right-to-left layouts.
You need an eClients account to use the app. Shop owners sign in with their tax ID; their representative opens the account. Accounts cannot be created in the app.
