I am extremely disappointed with this service. I purchased a yearly subscription expecting stable work and proper customer support, but instead I’ve had nothing but problems.The VPN barely works, constantly disconnects, and in many cases doesn’t connect at all. On top of that, the support team has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. I tried multiple times to explain the issue and request assistance, but I was ignored or given useless replies that solved nothing.What makes this even worse is that despite all these problems, my refund request was denied. This is unacceptable customer service and honestly feels disrespectful to paying customers.I regret purchasing this subscription and would not recommend this service to anyone.

This app is a complete scam. I paid $14 for a one-month subscription, the money was taken, but the app does not work at all. Their so-called support link doesn’t even open, so you can’t contact anyone. Basically, you just lose your money and get nothing in return.I already switched to another VPN that works perfectly, so I don’t need this useless app anymore. Don’t waste your money here — they just take it and disappear.

Money down the drain

I bought a 2-year subscription in January 2026. It worked well until April, after April it doesn’t connect to any server. The money is returned only within 30 days. The money is gone, the app doesn’t work. I don’t recommend it to anyone. It’s UPD: October now - still nothing. Do not waste your money on this scam!

It’s been two days since I’ve purchased the yearly subscription and I haven’t been able to connect to any vpn location aside from Israel and once Switzerland. Nothing works. I want a refund of my money. And cancel of the plan.
