AntoineVP is an iPhone application that helps users calculate vapor pressure and temperature data for more than 10,000 organic and inorganic chemicals. The app uses the semi-empirical Antoine equation to provide results. Users input values for either temperature or pressure in the calculator and get corresponding values for the pressure or temperature, respectively.
The app allows users to choose from different temperature units, including Celsius, Kelvin, or Fahrenheit, and pressure units, including millimeters of mercury (mmHg), Pascal, kPascal, bar, or atmosphere. It's worth noting that mmHg and Torr are equivalent units.
To find a specific chemical, users can either search by Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) number or search by a common chemical name.
