Checklist improvements
Press Return on any checklist item to insert a new item below it; works between existing items, not just at the end.
Tapping a checklist item places the cursor at the end instead of selecting all text.
Empty checklists now gray out archive and delete, matching plain text behavior.
Toggling checklist mode off properly clears the focus state.
