Gain Stat allows you to follow the evolution of the winnings when you play with friends with face-offs, for example at Poker.
Gain Stat allows you to create groups of people who usually play together. The advantage of Gain Stat is to be able to follow the evolution of its earnings while having the opportunity to be sometimes absent and sometimes have guests.
Each created group offers the following features:
- changing the name of the group
- changing the name, color and order of the players
- start a new game with Siri
- adding single or grouped part
- possibility of being absent
- possibility to include one or more guests
- automatic ranking of players according to the winnings
- display of the scoreboard with indication in case of error of distribution of the winnings.
- three types of chars: Evolution of balances par year or cumulated and balances per year.
- statistics of the group and each player
Gain Stat syncs between your different devices connected to the same Apple ID via iCloud.
Gain Stat also allows you to share or subscribe to groups and have real-time synchronization during changes made by you or another subscriber.
By default, participants in a group are read-only, but you can allow anyone individually to create or edit parts.
You can also export a group as a file for manual backup or manually sync another device by importing the file.
Use:
First you have to create a group with a defined set of players.
You can change the name, color and order of the players, but not the number.
Click on "Save".
Once the group has been created, click on it to see the list of games.
Start a game with the button + at the top right.
Once the game is over, click on "Part in progress" and validate the dialogue.
Check the date and duration, then indicate (default value):
- the number of guests (0)
- the number of parties involved (1)
- the total bet per player (resumption of the value of the previous game otherwise 0) (the number of games is indicative for the stats, but is not used in the calculation of the bet per player. , you must indicate the total bet per player)
- possible absentees
Then distribute the GAINS between the usual players (min 0).
The ranking of players is done automatically.
A line appears below the game with you:
- the balance to be distributed if there is no guest (s)
- the gain of the guest (s), if applicable
A negative balance indicates an error in the distribution of earnings!
The table summarizing the parts as well as the graphs will show the BALANCES of each, calculated automatically according to the bet. For example, if the bet was 5 and the person lost, his balance will be -5. If another has won 7, his balance will be 2.
Using Siri:
Whenever you start a party in a group, a suggestion is made to Siri.
Then go to iOS Settings -> Siri and Search -> All Shortcuts and look for Gain Stat.
The principle is to assign a sentence to a suggestion so that Siri can record it and execute it.
Choose a suggestion and click on the "+" then save the proposed sentence or any other one of your choice and validate.
In Gain Stat, check that there is no game going for the group and then return to the Home screen.
Tell Siri the previously recorded phrase and Gain Stat will open and start a new game for the group.
