When you’re creating a profile, it literally locks you into the “option” to try the Pro version with paying later if you don’t unsubscrine and there is no opt-out option. There is literally only the button Try pro for 0,00 and that’s it. No decline, nothing else to click. This is criminal and fraudulent and Apple should not allow this level of greed and scam practices on the App Store in EU
Developer Response
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, we’re sorry the onboarding felt misleading. While we do offer free content, we clearly need to do a better job making that visible and explaining the Pro trial more clearly. The trial can be canceled at any time before the 7 days end, and it won’t convert to Pro. If anything unexpected happened or you have concerns about charges, our team is more than happy to help at support@gronda.com Thanks again for helping us improve.
