Links that open the app or use Home Screen quick actions now go directly where intended, even when launching Cast from scratch.

New in this release:
Mirroring starts instantly from Control Centre, keeps your chosen TV even if no stream is found, and can now mirror movies on supported Samsung TVs directly from the browser. A new compatibility mode toggle has been added to Settings. Detailed playback analytics help improve reliability and a new message provides clear advice if mirroring stops unexpectedly.
The dashboard experience is smoother, with artwork-filled tiles, updated visuals, and refined panels that now open as cards on iPad. You can change TVs without closing open panels, and TV telemetry is more accurate.
For Chromecast, Party mode (formerly Concert) is now available, and gallery loads faster on older models. Previous Chromecast connections are released at once when switching TVs, letting you move seamlessly between devices.
Fire TV and Roku see better quality control, quicker connection handling, and more responsive TV checks when starting playback.
On LG, Samsung, and Vidaa TVs, browser mirroring is enhanced with instant status, improved full-screen support, better handling of live and movie modes on LG, and WebRTC-based mirroring on Vidaa browsers.
Mirroring quality control now reaches up to 10 Mbit/s for every TV, with nine adjustment steps. MilkDrop visualizer users get customizable preset durations and TV volume control, and Music Show is smoother and uses less memory.
Pair your TV just once for camera and screen mirroring, and follow an improved pairing flow with clear screens and notifications when your TV requests pairing.
Subscribers who turn off renewal may see a short form asking why, never more than once.

Improvements to mirroring and casting:
- LG TV mirroring now stays connected and uninterrupted, no longer stopping after about half a minute.
- Mirroring to Fire TV keeps playing when the app is put in the background and ends properly if the television leaves the mirror.
- When using camera mirroring or gallery cast, your phone stays awake and does not lock automatically during the session.
- Casting now works reliably to Windows Media Player, Xbox, and more TCL TVs.
Other fixes and improvements:
- The selected TV is clearly highlighted in the TV list, with better support for VoiceOver and languages.
- Gallery casting is improved, with all photo galleries available for mirroring, accurate visit counting, and correct watch time tracking.

Screen and camera mirroring now keep sound and picture exactly in sync, resolving issues where audio could get ahead or fall behind on Roku and compatible TVs. Minimized the app without interrupting mirroring to the TV. Mirroring starts more reliably when launched from the Control Centre, and the app keeps trying if the TV is slow to respond.
On Chromecast and Android TV, camera mirroring reacts better to how you hold your phone, improves video recovery when scenes change, and keeps mirroring stable on older models. You will also see clearer reports if a session fails or ends early.
On Fire TV, casting now works even if your TV reports only limited volume settings, and controls stay available for all models. Startup and error handling have been improved.
Mirroring to a TV is more robust: the app identifies which TV refuses playback or becomes unresponsive, and avoids confusing two TVs that have shared the same address. The session cards update more smoothly, and crash/error reports offer more details when things go wrong.
Some features and eligibility may now be limited after your first successful session each day.

- Camera mirroring is here. Mirror your camera view to your TV, with dedicated time for camera sessions, a full-screen preview, a microphone switch, picture quality controls, and clear warnings before time runs out. It now works side by side with screen mirroring, and understands when your camera or microphone are not available.
- Screen mirroring keeps the picture locked to your chosen orientation and makes finding TVs easier by keeping discovered devices listed. Session controls are clearer, and the app no longer displays empty lists.
- Chromecast and Android TV: See what caused playback to stop if mirroring fails. Connections are now faster to release if interrupted. Playback tracking is more reliable and shows updates as soon as your TV reports them. Problem reports are clearer and easier to follow by device and iOS version.
- Fire TV: The app now always knows when your show plays, pauses, or finishes, so you see the right playback status every time.
- TVs that do not answer in time are now accurately shown as unreachable due to network issues, instead of unsupported. Ending a connection attempt does not count toward your session count or crash reports.
