A small fix. The app sometimes asks, once in a while, whether you'd like to rate it. That question was almost never reaching anyone: the 7-day dose streak it waits for fell one day short of its own one-week rule, and doses marked from the Lock Screen, a widget or the watch weren't counted as days you used the app. Both are fixed. Nothing else changes, and nothing about your data does. If you'd rather rate it yourself, there's always "Rate Thyrowise" in Settings.

Three waits instead of one — and a bedtime option. • Coffee gets its own wait. Taken with the tablet it lowers absorption on its own, so the published advice is about an hour — longer than the 30 minutes that is often fine for breakfast. Breakfast, coffee, and calcium & iron now count down separately, on the Lock Screen and the watch too. The wait you already set has not been changed. • Take it at bedtime? Switch the medication to "At bedtime". Tap when you last ate and the app counts the gap — 3 hours, the treatment guideline's figure — and tells you when it is done. A dose taken after midnight still counts for the night before. • "Not sure if I took it" — for the dose taken half asleep at 4am and forgotten by morning. It keeps your streak, and the doctor page shows it as unsure rather than taken. • Every N days: every second, third or seventh day, for regimens a weekly calendar cannot describe. • A dose whose time has passed no longer sits in silence: taken with food it absorbs less than taken fasting — not taken, it absorbs nothing. • The doctor PDF lists adherence for each medication, and the CSV export now includes your dose history. Fixed: in the morning, the Lock Screen widget could still say "Dose taken" about yesterday's dose until the app was opened. One damaged entry could stop a whole backup from restoring — now only that entry is skipped. The appointment reminder could be removed right after it was set. And the paywall no longer offers a free trial to someone who has already had one. Nothing here interprets anything. Every medical statement still links to the body that published it.

Not everyone takes it every day. • Choose the days you actually take it. Three times a week, alternate days, a weekly dose — tap the days in the medication editor, and the reminder arrives only on those. The rest no longer count as missed. • Your streak, your adherence figure and the tablet countdown all follow the same days. A perfect three-times-a-week week now reads as a perfect week, and a box of thirty lasts the ten weeks it actually lasts. • Today, the widget and the watch say there is no dose today, instead of showing an empty circle for a dose that was never due. • The doctor page prints the real schedule — Mon, Wed, Fri — rather than claiming it is daily. Fixed: the morning reminder, the clear-for-coffee alert and the doctor page were built from English text that never reached the translation files, so they arrived in English whatever language the app was set to. All three are translated now, in every language Thyrowise speaks. Nothing here interprets anything. Every medical statement still links to the body that published it.

Running out, and what to do about it. • Count what's left. Enter how many tablets are in the box and Thyrowise counts down by the day, then says something a week before you run out. Off by default — nobody is made to count anything. • Mark the dose straight from the notification, or push it back ten minutes. A reminder that arrives while you're driving is no longer simply lost. • Your next appointment, with a reminder a few days before — time enough to generate the doctor summary and add what you meant to mention. • Back up everything to a single file you keep yourself, and restore from it. There is no server, so this is the honest counterpart: your history, your file, nowhere else. • Log the manufacturer beside the dose. A pharmacy handing you the same dose from a different maker is a real event, and now it has somewhere to go. Fixed: the dose-impact card could report a worsening that never happened. It divided a week's worth of logs by a flat thirty days, so anyone whose logging didn't reach a month before the change had their "before" figure understated. It now says plainly when there isn't enough history to compare against. Nothing here interprets anything. Every medical statement still links to the body that published it.

Ultrasound tracking, and more of your panel. • Follow each nodule on its own — its size, its TI-RADS category, and whether it changed since the last scan. Gland volume too. • Total T4, total T3, thyroglobulin antibodies and reverse T3 can now be logged alongside the free measurements. • Set your own Free T4 and Free T3 ranges. Off by default — but if you're on T3, TSH alone doesn't tell the story. • Weight gain and weight loss are separate symptoms now, and inflammation was added. • Adding a second medication is finally where you'd look for it. It always worked; it was just hidden. • Add your own symptom chips when the built-in list doesn't cover what you get. • Antibody results no longer carry a built-in range. TPO cut-offs differ widely between labs, so a result could be judged against a threshold your own lab never used. The number is recorded now, and the app says nothing about it. Nothing here scores your scan or interprets your report. Where no published reference range exists, Thyrowise records the number and says nothing about it. Almost everything in this update came from people on r/Hashimotos who tried the app and told me what was missing. Thank you. • Set the time you actually took your dose. The wait countdown now counts from that moment, not from the alarm — so if you take it at 4:20am and log it later, the timing is still right. • Free T4 and T3 in pmol/L, for the UK, EU, Canada and Australia. Previously only ng/dL was accepted, so valid results were being rejected. • Different doses on different days — 100 mcg four days a week, 125 the other three. • Longer absorption waits: 90 minutes and 2 hours. • The symptom list no longer scrolls sideways, and every chip is easier to hit. • Fixed notification timing for doses logged late, plus a number of missing translations.
