Allow workers and planners to send messages (controlled by setting). When replanning, group customers so that their other jobs are replanned (if setting is on). Added ability to search forms against all customer jobs. Planner views now show the number of jobs this week. Now shows the customer's Portal authentication email on the customer record if it is different to the email stored. Merging customers now applies the archived notifications from both customers to the merged customer.

v1.51.5 This release introduces new features including planner views showing job counts for the week, customer records displaying portal authentication emails when different, customer merges retaining archived notifications, and controls for portal payment widget toggles. Improvements include incidents now ordered newest first on the status page, better performance across Squeegee services, faster campaign publishing, bulk replan and assign for job editors, and a permanent Balance refresh button. Bug fixes address issues with the service status page logo, job payment allocation, appointment vs job assignee reporting, invoice statuses, customer references on invoices, portal appointment visibility, round dialog maps, 12-month reporting gauges, adhoc job visibility, skipped appointments, and misclassified incidents.

v1.50.14 The latest update brings several valuable improvements. Monthly revenue forecasts now exclude inactive customers, giving more accurate financial insights. A new setting allows you to disable automatic payment allocation against invoices, offering more control. CIS-related payments are now locked down to prevent unallocation and enforce correct account selection. The Two-Factor Authentication dialog has been reworked for a smoother experience. Manually adjusted appointments that fall outside of a job's recurrence now show an "Off Schedule" tag. Invoice numbers will display as “(Invoice Number Pending)” if not yet generated. Email compatibility has been enhanced, especially for image blocks. Custom field text inputs now support multiline entry with a 100-character limit. Numerous bugs have been squashed, including issues with currency symbols, overlapping text in the send editor, incorrect job dates in confirmations, filter behaviour, inactive custom fields, and problems with re-planned appointments not resetting properly.

v1.50.4 CIS support for UK users, including automatic deductions per contractor/client. Job completion forms can now be sent to customers, custom forms added to timers, and job scheduling is more flexible. Invoicing and the visual planner see major upgrades, alongside performance and VAT improvements, enhanced route optimisation, and new controls for restricted attachments and report handling.

v1.49.37 Fixed the link to chart of accounts from a newly connected connected bank, route optimisation not working for single user accounts, alerts for archived notifications not opening the customer, a loop bug when picking the start point for navigation, and made the unverified address icon consistent across the app and added a tooltip to explain what it means.

We also made significant performance improvements and fixed numerous bugs.

Squeegee Ultimate gains support for PDF invoice attachments, job/appointment attachments, and custom form PDFs in emails. Visual planner now supports tagging and bulk job tagging. Users can schedule or run ongoing Send campaigns. Alerts warn of unsynced data if the app is backgrounded or browser/tab is closed. Major performance boosts for reports, sticky headers, improved attachment handling, and appointment views up to 10 ahead. Cash accounting and VAT support improved. New features include Australian invoice template, SMS block to UK landlines, searchable reports, extended service descriptions, and import from Window Cleaner Pro. Fixes cover report bugs, display issues, canned response glitches, filter/search errors, appointment replanning issues, sync bugs, and custom field visibility problems.

v1.48.8 Minor fix for assigning on mobile not automatically hiding the multi-select toolbar, and a tweak to the invoice address layout.
