Provide you with rowing machine, elliptical machine, treadmill and other sports training functions,The data of calorie consumption, kilometers, exercise duration, heart rate and power of each exercise were recorded to witness the change and growth of the body.
The main functions of the application are as follows:
1. Rowing machine free training, through real-time oar frequency, heart rate data display, to track your movement, provide training efficiency.
2. Elliptical machine free training, through real-time tap frequency, heart rate data display, to track your movement, provide training efficiency.
3. Treadmill free training, through real-time speed, kilometers, heart rate data display, to track your movement, provide training efficiency.
4. Heart rate band connection, when you connect the heart rate band, the maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate and average heart rate data trend will be recorded during exercise.
5. Historical movement records, you can view the number of times, duration, calories and kilometers consumed in the current device to compare the training effect.
