What’s New in Version 4.1.1 We’ve polished the review experience to make your workflow smoother and faster. Improved Review Flow: We have completely reworked the Review flow. You can now seamlessly review completion steps directly within the mobile app, making final approvals easier than ever. Standardized Completion Buttons: Our UX team has redesigned the completion step buttons. They are now consistent across all step types - whether you are passing, failing, or marking steps as N/A - ensuring a faster, more intuitive check-off process.

What’s New in Version 4.1: Spotlight: New “Pick and Choose” Offline Mode We’ve completely reimagined the offline experience to give you total control over your workspace. Download What You Need: You can now download up to 5 specific projects to your device. These are guaranteed to be available even with zero internet connection. Hybrid Connectivity: Downloading doesn’t mean “frozen.” If you are online, the app fetches updates in the background. New Dashboard: Easily manage your downloaded projects and track your capacity (e.g., 1/5) in the new Offline section. If you are offline, your changes are queued in this new Offline Progress section. A Fresh, Modern Look We have restyled all components across the app. From buttons to project lists, the interface is now cleaner, more consistent, and easier to read. Enhancements Faster Syncing: We’ve optimized server pulls and caching so you spend less time waiting for screens to load. Critical Fixes Data Integrity: The Sync Queue is now your source of truth. If the queue is empty, your work has been successfully synced to the server.

We resolved a bug where special characters and length of completion step names caused the loading icon to spin indefinitely under certain circumstances.

We are excited to announce the following updates and bug fixes implemented in the mobile application to improve your experience. These changes address performance enhancements and bug resolutions while working in intermittent or no connectivity environments. -The mobile app now handles syncing data more gracefully. The app will continue working asynchronously when internet connectivity is lost, ensuring users can navigate to project tasks without delays or data loss. -Tasks, attachments, and comments completed offline are stored and synchronized once the app is back online. -Updates will be reflected within the web dashboard upon completion of synchronization of data from the user’s mobile device (dependent on internet speeds)
