Hit your 22-hour goal every day. Track aligner wear time, get change-day reminders, and keep a photo diary of your smile.

WEAR-TIME TIMER
• One big tap to start or pause wear tracking
• Live session timer plus today's running total
• A smooth circular progress ring toward your daily goal (default 22 hours)
• Keeps counting accurately even if you close the app, and correctly splits time across midnight

• Each entry is auto-stamped with the date, tray number, and treatment day
• Browse a timeline gallery, open any entry full screen, and export as PDF
