Start a timer when your aligners come out. Track daily wear, keep your pair schedule up to date, and check your weekly averages. Track how long you wear your aligners. Start a break timer when you take them out, stop it when they go back in, and see your daily wear time. RECORD YOUR BREAKS Start and stop with one tap. Tracking continues when the app closes. Review past days in the calendar and add, edit or remove a missed break. FOLLOW YOUR PAIR SCHEDULE Set your current pair, total pairs and days per pair. Confirm each change and keep your previous pair history. Adjust your schedule to match your clinician’s instructions. REVIEW WEAR TIME Trends shows daily wear and your current-week average. Wear time is tracked time minus recorded breaks. Weekly averages use completed, fully tracked days. USE PLUS OUTSIDE THE APP Plus adds Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities and Dynamic Island, past-week analytics, and CSV export. Records stay on your device. No account, ads or third-party tracking SDKs. The timer, treatment plan, calendar, editable history and current-week averages are free. Optional weekly and yearly Plus subscriptions unlock the same extra features. Your records remain if a subscription ends, and you can always stop an existing break.
