Bookabus is a simple to use application to allow users to request for a quotation as well as make an instant booking.
Through our mobile application, we provide a quick and convenient process for our customers to acquire the bus they require.
Enquiry, price, payment, confirmation, contact points are all processed and documented within one job order in the app. Our process structure is designed in an interactive and less formal flow that allows for more information to pass 2-ways between user and our staff.
On the Back-end, we do the filtering and allocation from our pool of providers to best match the booking requirements of the user in terms of trip characteristics and price.
Company wise, we are constantly developing more efficient administrative and operational methodologies as we seek to heighten the customer experience using our know how and technology where applicable. Therefore, stay tune for any updates and version improvements.
