Description
The BWA Reporting App has been developed to allow BWA customers the ability to report burst pipes with more accuracy all relevant information to assist with resolution.
The BWA Reporting App will automatically pull the location from the device if given permission. The customer will then submit details of the event including their Account number which will be required along with phone number and other comments to assist with resolution of the report.
