The CVD Study application was designed to assist individuals in optimizing their cardiovascular health through medication management, as well as making positive changes in daily lifestyle habits that are known to reduce cardiovascular disease risk (e.g., increasing physical activity, decreasing sedentary time, consuming a heart-healthy diet, and reducing stress).
This mobile health app will assist users in taking medications as they are prescribed, monitoring physical activity, and improving general knowledge on cardiovascular risk factors with a goal of optimizing an individual's cardiovascular health. Designed by a nurse, this mobile health application is a free resource available 24/7 that can be used to assist you in improving your cardiovascular health!
