The app offers three unique login options, each customized to cater to the specific requirements of its users: Parents: Upon logging into the app, parents can instantly view their child’s current attendance status on the dashboard, as well as access their child’s attendance history. The app also features a feedback module that allows parents to share their opinions and suggestions. Additionally, the messaging function facilitates direct communication between parents and the administration. Teachers: When teachers log into the app, a QR code is displayed on the dashboard. By scanning this QR code with the reception app, teachers can easily record their attendance, both punch-in and punch-out. The app also allows teachers to view their attendance history at any time. Receptionists: Upon logging in, receptionists are provided with a "Tap to Scan" option. This feature enables them to scan the QR code from the teacher’s app to accurately capture attendance data, including punch-in and punch-out times.
