Kommunikation digital? Wir, von eva:lino, wollen mit unserer evalinoApp gemeinsam mit allen Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten auf die Reise zu einer digital unterstützen Kommunikationswelt machen.
Unsere Ziele? Durch unsere evalinoApp entsteht eine Erleichterung des Managements im Kita Alltag. Ergo- wir haben mehr Zeit für das wichtigste- die Kinder.
Die evalinoApp stellt eine DSGVO-konforme und hochsichere digitale Umgebung zur Kommunikation zur Verfügung. Gleichzeitig sollen analoge Prozesse, wie zum Beispiel die Notiz im Rucksack bei Ausflügen oder die Benachrichtigung, dass Wechselkleidung gebraucht wird, über die App abgebildet werden. Updates aus dem Tagesgeschehen können von unseren Mitarbeiter:innen geteilt werden, Wickelprotokolle oder Schlafprotokolle zum eigenen Kind von den berechtigten Personen eingesehen werden. Auch Krankmeldungen der Kinder werden über die App abgebildet.
Inklusiv? Desweiteren steht eine automatisierte Übersetzungsfunktion durch den IBM Übersetzer, diese Funktion unterstützt bei der barrierefreien Kommunikation in 40 Sprachen.
Die Teilhabe der Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten am Tagesgeschehen der Gruppen wird durch die evalinoApp erhöht.
Datensicherheit? Die Daten werden nicht ausgewertet oder verkauft. Sie werden auf einem BSI-zertifizierten Rechenzentrum in Deutschland. Nach Austritt aus der Kita wird der Account des Kindes gelöscht.
