This is the all new mobile app for FieldFX. For existing customers, please note that the sync has been optimized and simplified but it will require a new configuration. Please check the documentation or ask your FieldFX contact for assistance.
FieldFX Mobile gives your field operations the power to connect to the back office from anywhere in the world, even without a network connection. Sync small to medium sized data sets to the back office to ensure an accurate quote, produces an accurate ticket, generating an accurate invoice- with the price book serving as the common foundation.
Use FieldFX Mobile to:
• Manage single and multi-day field tickets
• Complete custom, digital forms
• Attach job documents such as receipts and photos
• Produce accurate quotes in the field
• Ensure all billable items are reported on the field ticket
• Capture your customer’s signature for job approval
Delayed delivery of job tickets is now a thing of the past. FieldFX Mobile streamlines the process from operations to accounting.

Enhancements
* Added a toggle to show or hide logs on tickets for improved visibility and cleaner views. (FFX-4051)
* Introduced a loading spinner when adding new ticket items to provide clearer feedback during processing. (FFX-4818)
* Implemented zebra striping (alternating row colors) in grids to improve readability. (FFX-4773)
* The row currently being edited is now highlighted in light blue for better focus and usability. (FFX-4771)
* Updated the read-only styling for grid fields to clearly distinguish read mode from edit mode. (FFX-4955)
* Added first-column locking to keep key information visible while scrolling horizontally. (FFX-4770)
Bug Fixes
* Fixed an issue where users could not select Sales Area Office and Sales Group when creating a new job in the RN App. (FFX-4977)
* Resolved a problem in Windows Mobile RN where printing and print preview were distorted. (FFX-4885)
