- Highly requested feature is here now! Left / right mode for single hand lifts and hangs. You can pick your starting hand and select whether you want to switch hands every rep or every set. - It is also now possible to swipe through reps on timer, even when timer is running. - Plus bunch of small bug fixes: reorder sets button not working sometimes, UI of quick timer on iOS 17 and more.

You can now pin the timer to the top of the list for easier access. Additionally, I’ve made some optimizations to the timer view and applied minor UI updates to the training log entry.

I've made several small updates across the app. You can now search your training log, and there's a new button to duplicate log entries. Additionally, both the timers and training log lists now support swipe actions for editing or deleting. The log entry view has also received a minor UI refresh.

Fixed UI of some fields broken in iOS 18.
